What To Expect On Your First Visit

Since family members or loved ones are often the first to notice the changes in your hearing, we highly recommend that if possible, you bring any one of them with you on your first visit. They can help provide us with a thorough history and reason for the hearing consultation.

Expect to be asked a lot of questions. Your answers to these questions are valuable. They will help us fully understand your hearing needs and customize our services for you.

You will be tested in a sound booth. You will be asked to listen to beeps and tones of different pitches and loudness. You will also be asked to listen and repeat words in quiet and in noise.

After the hearing test, our hearing expert will thoroughly discuss the results with you and make recommendations. We encourage you to ask questions and voice out any concerns.
